Currently, the factory operated by Biospring is located in the highest-level industrial park in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, in the Saysettha Industrial Development Zone. It is about 30 kilometers northeast of Vientiane City's Wattay International Airport.
It is equipped with modern facilities to formulate almost all dosage forms of medicine. The plant was designed, built and validated according to the WHO- cGMP Concept and local Drug Administration Regulations. All walls and ceilings are covered with sandwich panels. All floors are covered with a uniform 5mm layer of epoxy paint which facilitates easy cleaning & sanitation of production and controlled areas which may affect product quality.

GMP covers all aspects of production from the starting materials, premises, and equipment to the training and personal hygiene of staff. Detailed written procedures are essential for each process that could affect the quality of the finished product. There must be systems to provide documented proof that correct procedures are consistently followed at each step in the manufacturing process - every time a product is made.
